The Children and Young People's Strategy and Development Board is responsible for the development of operational strategy along with a commissioning strategy for services for children and young people.

The development, implementation and monitoring of the Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP) is also co-ordinated through this Board along with the development and monitoring of integrated processes to ensure delivery against the CYPP
