Believe 2 Achieve are an energetic children's charity based in Wolverhampton. We work with Children aged 5 to 12 in a range of schools and community venues.

We are looking for experienced, qualified, reliable and self motivated individuals who have the confidence to plan and lead a variety of sports activities and music sessions.

 


The candidate must hold a minimum of a level 1 qualification in a sport (mandatory), first aid  and have own transport. Music teachers must have experience working with children and have to confidence to deliver percussion, keyboard and guitar clubs.

Rates of pay depend on qualifications & experience.

Hidden Harm Development Officer


Hours: 14.48

Salary: Grade PO c/d. £31,754 - £37,206, Pro rate if part-time (subject to Single Status

About the Role: We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and motivated individual to a Hidden Harm Development Officer post who will be responsible for establishing and implementing a training package which is locally developed and owned. The training will support the awareness of ‘Hidden Harm issues’ by adopting a ‘Whole Family Approach’ with the framework of the Parenting Family Support Strategy. The training package will be expected to promote early detection and intervention where Children and Young People are affected by parental substance.  

Key Requirements: Applicants will be required to develop, co-ordinate and deliver multi-agency training to help foster a shared understanding of the tasks, processes, principles and roles and responsibilities for safeguarding children that are affected by parental substance misuse and promoting their welfare.

Additional Requirements: This post is for a period of 2 years.

 Let Us Play Charity Assistant

 

Salary: 6.80 per hour 

Hours: Part time 12 hours per week

Location: Based in Bushbury Wolverhampton

 

A flexible individual is required for this varied position.  We are looking for a confident, outgoing Charity Assistant with excellent communication and I.T skills.  GCSE English & Maths is an advantage as is a flexible approach to work. Some evening working will be essential from time to time.  This is a permanent contract subject to funding being available and a successful three month probationary period after which a salary review will take place.  Please be aware that the successful applicant would only be able to take limited holiday during the school holiday period due to service provision. No previous experience is necessary. The successful candidate will be subject to fully enhanced CRB clearance.
